Made from vines 40 years old on average, Château Saint-Georges's first wine is a blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. For 12 to 14 months it ages in wooden casks, 30 to 40% of which are renewed every year. We produce about 280 000 bottles yearly.

Made from 100% young Merlot vines, the estate's second wine embodies our vineyard's prestigious terroir and expresses our unique signature. It results in a generous wine, fresh and floral, with a note of red berries, red currant jam, and white pepper. It ages 15 months in stainless steel vats to produce 28 000 bottles yearly.
